I. CONSTITUTION OF LIBRARY COMMITTEE FOR NNMCOP

In order to furnish the library with day to day Information and up to date facilities with Novel books and Journals of National and International status and e-library activities,. It has been decided to form the library committee for NNMCOP:

The following members are pronounced to be the committee members under the chairmanship of Dr. K. Prabhu, Professor and Director,NNMCOP, and are expected to give their feedback on frequent visitation to the library in writing, a frequency of at least once in 2months/bimonthly recommended.

At least once in a semester a meeting with committee members will be held to record the minutes of meeting and further action to be initiated for the fast and steady growth of the library, especially pharmacy section.

II.CONSTITUTION OF GENDER SENSITIZATION CELL OF NNMCOP:

The aim of addressing all long-standing issues of gender discrimination especially against women and transgender, and to ensure our institution is safe for female students and transgender as safe as the rest, gender sensitization cell of NNMCOP was constituted on 24.02.2023 with following members and a periodical meeting is being convened to look into the issues of women and transgender issues. III.ANTI-DISCRIMINATION CELL

To exercise Education, Equality and Justice to all students equally without any bias and to provide subject justice and rights on the basis of caste, greed, language, ethnicity, gender and different ability, the Anti-Discrimination cell of NNMCOP was constituted on 25.05.2023 with following members. V.CONSTITUTION OF FACULTY GRIEVANCES REDRESSAL COMMITTEE OF NNMCOP

Problems in primary level, which are incident among the faculty (Teaching and Non-teaching) of various disciplines and dept.of Pharmacy, could be resolved with the first level of resolution by senior faculty or faculty advisors of NNMCOP OR staff union. Even if it is magnified at the next level dispute, the Director of the institution with head administrator could be able to resolve the disputes.

However, maintenance of anonymity during an inquiry, safety of the despondent and respondent and speedy processing of the matter fall gain to complicate the process of resolution. Hence, it has been decided to form / constitute a central grievances redressal committee for faculty. The following are the members of redressal committee and are expected to meet once in a month to submit a report on the redressal /grievances addressed. At all stages in the handing of a potential grievance, the Grievance Committee and members undertake to maintain a policy of confidentiality and assess the grievance fairly, without discrimination, and in a non-arbitrary fashion. Depending on the circumstances and seriousness of the grievance, the investigation shall include:

POLICIES OF NNMCOP TOWARDS FAIR INVESTIGATION AND RESOLUTIONS:

  1. (i)At least one meeting with the aggrieved member to determine all relevant facts and secure all relevant documentation. The investigating Grievance Committee members shall interview or attempt to interview any relevant witnesses to the facts of the grievance.
  2. (ii)During the course of the investigation, the investigator will maintain careful notes of interviews with the aggrieved member and relevant witnesses.
  3. (iii)Fostering intellectual inquiry in a climate of academic freedom and integrity. Its members, students and faculty alike, are expected to uphold these principles and exhibit tolerance and respect for others.
  4. (iv) In addition to the written statements and testimony of the faculty member, the Committee may collect and consider any information it deems relevant and hear from anyone it deems to have relevant information. Both the student and faculty member may suggest the names of persons with relevant information, but the Committee makes the final decision about whom to interview.
  5. (v)The proceedings and the Committee's deliberations shall be confidential and not open to the public. Timeframe for Committee Proceedings, Its Report and the Decision: The Committee shall make every effort to address requests for reviews during the monthly meeting after they have been submitted and to inform the complainant of its decision within 10 working days thereafter. The Committee meets only once monthly.

VI. CO AND EXTRA CURRICULAR EVENTS COMMITTEE OF NNMCOP:

In order to organize all kinds of co-curricular and extracurricular activities at Nandini Nagar Mahavidyalaya College of pharmacy Nawabganj, Gonda,UP., CO AND EXTRA CURRICULAR EVENT COMMITTEE was constituted on 30.02. 2023. Their Prime job is to plan and execute and provide the end results of all the co-curricular and extracurricular events mentioned in the master calendar of NNMCOP for the session 2023-24. It would also cover all the institutional events as well as all intercollegiate sports, cultural and co-curricular and miscellaneous extra-curricular events. 1. To create a research environment AT NNMCOP among the faculty members and students starting from encouraging and guiding them on publication, book and chapter writing, arrangement of research facilities, poster presentation, guest lecture, work shop, staff appraisal and FDP at NNMCOP and

2.To ensure all the academic activities related to the institution-NNMCOP, students and the university are timely, mostly and properly executed and also to confirm there are no lapse in updating information to the university or to feed any other website or portal information meant for the development and progress of the institute and inspection related assignments a high-level committee is mandatory for NNMCOP. Their job profile may also include planning of sessional examinations, suggestion on schedule and cautioning the higher authority about the arrival of sessional examination and monthly class test, revision of syllabus, overseeing, uploading of internal mark to the university and result analysis. They may have to supervise documentation at college both examination level and academic level by faculty members. The academic committee will be provided with the absolute power to oversees each and every academic activity and report the lapse and caution the higher authority at any time for regularization and to improve academic quality.

XII. Constitution of Time Table framing committee of NNMCOP:

Before the commencement of new academic session or at the end of the current academic session, the subject allotment for the individual faculty will be Undertaken by HODs of the respective department in consultation with Dean Academics, who has authority to guide the HODs in the subject allotment, however, the decision of the HODs will stand a chance to finalize with justification by deducing the contrary and contradictories, the Director decisions will come to force. Finally, it must reach the desk of some four faculty members, they will be engaged in making Time Tables of both the programs (Diploma and UG courses) followed by submission of chemical requirements for running the forth coming session or the semester by faculty members be materialized.

In order to execute this assignment without a manual error or clashing in the academics, PCI norms will be followed in framing the time table.

  6. NO HOD OR STAFF SHALL ENGAGE HIMSELF IN COACHING PRIVATELY ANY STUDENTS FOR ANY REMUNERATION. NO EMPLOYEE SHALL DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ENGAGE IN THE BUSINESS OF MONEY LENDING/ GAMBLING/BETTING/LOTTERY/ANY SUCH OTHER SPECULATION
  7. SHALL VISIT AND ENSURE LABORATORIES OF THE DPT. ARE CLEAN AND PRESENTABLE FORM FOR THE USE OF THE STUDENTS AND TEACHING STAFF DURING THE NORMAL 3 WORKING HOURS OF THE COLLEGE ON DAILY BASIS. THEY SHALL STRIVE HARD TO ENSURE THAT THERE WILL BE NO ROOM FOR COMPLAINT EITHER FROM THE TEACHERS OR FROM THE STUDENTS.
  8. NO FACULTY SHOULD USE IMPERTINENT LANGUAGE AND DEROGATORY LOOSE TALK WHILE INTERACTING WITH SUPERIORS AND SHOULD OBEY THE WORK ENTRUSTED. ALSO, THE HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS OR PERSONS IN CHARGE ARE EXPECTED TO GIVE CLEAR, FEASIBLE INSTRUCTIONS.
